Quickbooks Remote Training is a relaxed form of learning.

We have chosen convenient times for uninterrupted learning for you and your staff.

For some of the best learning, we have limited each class to a total of five (5) attendees. Registration is closed one week in ahead of the class date. So register early!

Remote training is easy. We use Web-Ex, a reliable service to hold these online meetings. No special equipment needed

We do offer a free Q & A session. Only held twice a month, but great a to get a quick answer to those simple "how do I do" questions. To register send an email via the Quickbooks Help Form.

Beginners QB Class - This class is for the true beginner who needs a quick walk around of the software. I explain the home screen, Vendor, Customer and Employee Centers and simple data entry.
Cost is $99.00 Class length is one hour, with a Q&A following

Accounts Receivable - This class is for learning how to properly process Customer Invoices and properly post customer payments. Cost is $109.00 Class Length is 1 to 1-1/2 hour, with a Q&A following.

Accounts Payable - This class is for learning how to properly process vendor bills and payments. Cost is $89.00 Class Length is 1 to 1-1/2 hour, with a Q & A following

Free Q & A - Just that, a FREE Question and Answer Session. These session are for the "how to" Questions. HINT: REGISTER EARLY THE 5 SPOTS WILL FILL QUICKLY!

Maintenance - This short class shows and explains performing a Backup of your data, building a portable  file, using the restore feature.
Many other cost saving tips to avoid hours of  head aches and costly service calls. HINT: REGISTER EARLY THE 5 SPOTS WILL FILL QUICKLY!

Payroll - This class is  a brief overview and demonstration of desktop Quickbooks payroll. A great way to see Quickbooks payroll in action and seeing how paying tax liabilities can be so simple.Cost is $129.00  Class Length is 1 to 1-1/2 hours, with a Q& A following
